Instructions
- Peel and chop the russet potatoes into uniform chunks.

- Drain and let the potatoes steam dry for a few minutes.
- Return hot potatoes to the pot; add butter and heavy cream.
- Mash until smooth, adjusting cream for desired consistency.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; taste and adjust as needed.
