Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Gradually pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously. Once heated, stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Toss the drained pasta in the skillet with the sauce until well coated. If too thick, add reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese or fresh herbs.
