Instructions
- Wash and peel the carrots; grate them using a box grater or food processor.

- In a large bowl, combine grated carrots with the dressing, mixing until evenly coated.
- Fold in chopped nuts and herbs, adjusting quantities to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
