Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Dice sweet potatoes into uniform one-inch cubes.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange the seasoned chicken and sweet potatoes in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and sweet potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh rosemary if desired.
