- 1 lb lean ground beef (80/20)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 8 flour or corn tortillas

- shredded cheese
- lettuce
- salsa (as desired)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your counter. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Crumble in the ground beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally for even cooking.
- Add minced garlic, chili powder, and cumin; mix well until fragrant.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave. Fill each tortilla generously with the beef mixture.
- Top with sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and salsa as desired.
- Serve immediately with chips or salad.
