Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion, garlic, and bell peppers.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
- Increase heat slightly, crumble in the ground turkey, and cook until no pink remains (7-10 minutes).
- Mix in the bell peppers, cumin, and paprika; stir well.
- If desired, sprinkle on shredded cheese during the last few minutes of cooking until melted.
- Serve in corn tortillas or over rice, garnishing with fresh cilantro if desired.
