Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients on the counter. Chop tomatoes and basil, and mince garlic.
- Make the Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until thickened.
- Assemble Your Dish: Roll out pasta dough thinly; place small scoops of mozzarella on half of each sheet. Fold over and seal tightly.
- Cook Your Creation: Bring salted water to a boil, gently add ravioli, and cook until they float (about 3-5 minutes).
- Serve It Up: Drain carefully, plate your dish, top with tomato sauce, and garnish with basil.
