  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
  3. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and coat evenly with the spice mixture. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Place chicken in the prepared baking dish and squeeze lemon juice over it. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
