- 4 boneless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
- Toss your chosen vegetables in olive oil along with salt and pepper to season.
- Place the seasoned chicken at the bottom of the air fryer basket and arrange the vegetables around it.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
