- 1 medium bell pepper, diced
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tortillas (flour or corn)
- Toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and diced bell peppers; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and ground turkey. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes. Break up clumps while cooking.
- Mix in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until flavors meld.
- Warm tortillas in another pan or over an open flame.
- Assemble tacos by filling each tortilla with the turkey mixture and desired toppings.
