- 2 ripe avocados

Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and mash it with lemon juice.
- Bring water to a gentle simmer in a saucepan. Crack each egg into a small bowl and gently slide into the water, cooking for about 3-4 minutes for poached eggs.
- Spread the mashed avocado generously over each toasted slice of bread, top with poached eggs, and sprinkle with chili flakes.
- Serve immediately while warm.
