Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly coat a baking dish with non-stick spray or olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Top each fillet with lemon zest and chopped herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
