Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper or foil and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets in the dish; drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly.
- If using, arrange vegetables around the salmon and season lightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
