- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and cut broccoli into florets.
- Rinse all ingredients under cold water.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add chicken pieces, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in broccoli florets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until bright green.
- Pour in soy sauce and simmer for another few minutes until heated through.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
