- 1 large flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 1/2 cup cooked protein (chicken, pepperoni, chickpeas)
- 1 tsp dried herbs (basil or oregano)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the flatbread on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with olive oil.
- Spread tomato sauce over the flatbread, leaving edges exposed for a crunchy crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly across the sauce.
- Add your choice of vegetables and protein on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
