Instructions

- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the risen dough and divide it into small balls. Roll each ball into thin rounds.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat (no oil needed). Cook each flatbread for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown spots appear.
- Optional: Brush with garlic butter or sprinkle herbs while warm for extra flavor.
