 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 medium onion, diced
 - 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
 - 2 tsp Italian seasoning
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
- 1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add penne and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
 - 2. Sauté Onions and Garlic: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onions until translucent, then add minced garlic until golden.
 - 3. Brown the Ground Beef: Increase heat to medium-high. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart (about 6-8 minutes).
 - 4. Create the Sauce: Stir in crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
 - 5. Toss in Pasta: Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce mixture in the skillet, ensuring every piece is coated.
 - 6. Serve: Dish out portions and sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top.
