Instructions

  4. Stir in minced garlic, bell peppers, cumin, paprika, and chili powder; cook until peppers soften (around 4 minutes).
  5. Add canned tomatoes with juices and simmer for about 10 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. If desired, sprinkle cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of cooking; cover until melted.
