Instructions
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and cardamom powder until combined.
- Gradually add ghee while kneading until you achieve a smooth dough; adjust with more flour if sticky.
- Roll small pieces of dough into balls or discs and place on a greased baking tray.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving on a festive platter.
