- 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the artisan bread into 1-inch thick pieces and place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the bread slices and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Spread fresh ricotta generously on each warm slice.
- Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
- Top with fresh herbs, honey, or your preferred toppings for added flavor.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
