- 1 lb skirt steak
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped herbs, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place skirt steak in a shallow dish or resealable bag; pour marinade over it and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Grill marinated steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness is achieved.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain into thin strips.
