Instructions
- Slice the bagels in half and toast until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on each toasted bagel half.
- Layer the smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese.
- Garnish with fresh dill, capers, and an additional squeeze of lemon juice.
- Serve immediately on a beautiful platter.
