  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a tart pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in chilled butter until crumbly.
  3. Gradually add ice water until dough forms; shape into a disk and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out dough on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness and transfer to the tart pan.
