- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and rinse artichoke hearts under cold water; pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss in artichokes until fully coated.
- In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Roll each coated artichoke heart in the mixture.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
