- 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the dish and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season each fillet with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Scatter chopped herbs over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Allow to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
