Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by slicing the steak against the grain and chopping vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add steak strips and season with salt and black pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers and onions; cook for an additional 3 minutes until softened.
- Add minced garlic and soy sauce; simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds as desired.
