Instructions
- Prepare the pico de gallo by combining diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix gently and adjust lime juice to taste.
- For the guacamole, mash avocados in another bowl until creamy but still chunky. Add garlic powder and lime juice; stir until well blended.
- If desired, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce for an extra kick.
