Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (with wing bone)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (up to an hour).
- Transfer the marinated chicken to the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Remove from oven and let rest for five minutes before slicing. Serve with any remaining marinade drizzled on top.
