- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, then season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and herbs.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
