*BEST EVER* NO BAKE OREO CHEESECAKE RECIPE | HOW TO MAKE OREO CHEESECAKE AT HOME #shorts

No-bake cheesecake recipes have to be one of my favourite ways to make dessert without too much hassle 💁🏻‍♂️✨
This version with Oreo is super decadent and will definitely make your weekend worthwhile and super satisfying, my word 🥰❤️

Ingredients-
🍫25 oreo biscuits, seperated
🍫1/4 cup butter, melted

🍫1+1/2 cup cream cheese
🍫10 oreo biscuits, whole
🍫1+1/2 cup whipped cream

🍫1/4 cup chocolate, melted
🍫1/4 cup cream, warm

Instructions:
1. Blend the oreo biscuits into fine crumbs and keep the cream aside for the filling.
2. Mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
3. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 6-inch square glass dish to create the crust. Place it in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, whipped cream and cream from oreo biscuits until it’s smooth and creamy.
5. Gently fold in 10 crushed oreo biscuits in the filling.
6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the Oreo crust in the square dish and spread out into an even layer.
7. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until it’s firm.
8. In another bowl, whisk together melted dark chocolate and warm cream to form a smooth ganache.
9. Let the ganache cool slightly and pour this over the set cheesecake and spread it evenly.
10. You can decorate the top with additional Oreo cookies or crumbs.
