This recipe is super simple to make and so so decadent, irresistible soft, warm bread filled with strawberry jam🥰🥰

Ingredients:
2+ 1/3rd cup flour
1 egg
2tsp instant yeast
3/4 cup warm milk
3tbsp sugar
1/4 cup softened butter

Strawberry jam:
1 cup strawberry
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn flour

Process:
-In a bowl or stand mixer combine flour, yeast, sugar and milk and knead it till everything is combined.
-Add the softened butter and knead till you get a smooth dough which doesn’t feel sticky to touch.
- cover it and proof for 1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
- Till then make your strawberry jam by combining mashed strawberries,sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan.
-Cook for 5-6 mins and add the cornflour by making a slurry.
-Cook it for another 3-4 mins until it thickens and let it cool.
-roll out the dough and cut 2 triangles. Spread jam and twist the end as shown in the video.
-Bake for 15 mins at 200c.
