*EASIEST* COCONUT KULFI BITES 🥥🤌🏻 #shorts

Episode 27 of #SweetSummerTreats ☀, a series where I bring to you the easiest dessert recipes to make your summer unforgettable🥰 Summers and coconut go hand in hand and these Coconut Kulfi Bites are an incredible way to enjoy the best of both worlds💁🏻‍♂️ These are super easy to make and are sure to make any occasion delightful ❤️

Ingredients
🥥1 cup chopped coconut flesh
🥥¼ cup shredded coconut
🥥¾ cup milk powder
🥥1 cup fresh cream
🥥¾ cup condensed milk

Instructions
1. In a blender jar add coconut flesh, shredded coconut, milk powder, fresh cream and condensed milk.
⁠2. Blend everything till a smooth, lump free texture is achieved.
⁠3. Take a silicon ice cube tray and pour the kulfi mixture, cover it with foil and add sticks in the middle.
⁠4. Freeze it for 6-7 hours or overnight.
5. Once set, demould the ice cream and enjoy
