EGGLESS MAWA CAKE RECIPE | DIWALI RECIPES | KHOYA CAKE #shorts

Episode 2 of #FestiveDessertsWithShivesh, a series where I bring to you simple Diwali recipes with ingredients that are easily available in our kitchens.

This eggless Mawa cake is what I’m planning to bake for all festive get togethers this year, because everyone at home loooves it as much as I do.

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
½ cup yogurt
½ cup oil
¼ tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp rose water
½ cup milk
1+1/2 cup maida
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup mawa / khoya (100gms)
