Eggless Mocha Tres Leches Cake | Chocolate Milk Cake Recipe | Eggless Baking With Shivesh

I love a nice soft and moist Tres Leches cake and what better than it being eggless yet yummy.

Ingredients:

For the sponge:
1 cup all purpose flour
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup yogurt
1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
3⁄4 cup castor sugar
1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For milk mixture
1 cup milk, warm
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coffee powder
1/2 cup fresh cream
1⁄2 cup condensed milk

1 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoons Cocoa powder
