EGGLESS NUTELLA STUFFED COOKIE IN 60 SECONDS #shorts

These delicious gooey delights are perfect for days when you are lazy to make anything extensive and will definitely make your dessert time a treat 🙌🏻✨

Ingredients:
🍪2 tbsp butter
🍪1 tbsp caster sugar
🍪1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🍪1/4 cup all-purpose flour
🍪1 tbsp cocoa powder
🍪1/8 tsp baking soda
🍪3 tbsp nutella
🍪Milk and dark chocolate chips to top

Method:
1. In a bowl, take the softened butter and add caster sugar in it and mix properly.
2. Add vanilla extract into this and give it a good mix.
3. Into this, add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
4. Mix this all together, till everything is properly combined and no flour specs are visible.
5. Now make a round ball of nutella and put it inside the shaped dough.
6. Place it over a parchment paper square and stick the milk and dark chocolate chips on it and freeze it for 15 minutes.
7. Once it hardens, place this into the microwave and set the timer to 60 seconds.
8. Once it is done, cool it for some time and enjoy your 60 second microwave cookie!
