Ingredients:
1. 1/4 cup warm milk
2. 7-8 saffron strands
3. 1 cup yogurt
4. 1/2 tsp baking soda
5. 3/4 castor sugar
6. 1/2 oil
7. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method:
1. Infuse warm milk with 7-8 saffron strands in a bowl.
2. Combine yogurt and baking soda. Give it a good mix.
3. Add in the castor sugar, oil, vanilla extract along with saffron infused milk. Bring it all together.
4. Sieve in the maida and baking powder into the mixture.
7. Bring the batter to togeth and transfer it into a cupcake tra.
8. Bake them for about 20-25mins
9. Top it with some buttercream frosting.
