If you enjoy Lassi in the summer, try these easy and healthy mango lassi popsicles this year! Made with just mangoes, curd and honey along with water and flavoured with cardamon and saffron, these popsicles are very cooling and refreshing- perfect for this hot hot weather!

Recipe notes :
1) I used alphonso mangoes for this recipe
2) I used water because a lot of people avoid milk and curd together. If it works for you- you could use milk instead of water
3) you could adjust sweetness acc to the sweetness of your mangoes.
4) you can use sugar instead of honey
5) the popsicle moulds I use are no longer available on amazon. But you could check out these ones-

1 cup cubed mangoes
1 cup yogurt / dahi
¼ cup water / milk
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)
½ teaspoon saffron strands (optional)
3-4 tablespoons honey
