Eggless Lemon Cake Recipe-

Ingredients :
For cake-
2 + 1/4 cup (270gms) maida
2 tsp (8gms) baking powder
1/2 cup (113gms) butter
1 cup (200gms) caster sugar
Zest of 2 lemons (one if it's Italian)

For lemon glaze -
3/4 cup (180ml) warm milk
2 tbsp (30ml) lemon juice
2-3 drops yellow gel food color
