I saw these cinnamon roll pancakes and decided to do an eggless version in my kitchen. What can I say? I’m mind blown. These are officially my FAVOURITE pancakes now! #SHORTS

Ingredients:
For the Pancake batter
¾ cup maida
4 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp caster sugar
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup milk + 1.5 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp oil

For the cinnamon swirl
• 1 tbsp softened butter
• 1 tbsp light brown sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon powder
