I’m a fan of biscuit puddings for how easy and versatile they are. In terms of flavours the possibilities are endless but today, I wanted to make a simple but very satisfying biscuit pudding layered with a luscious custard filling
Try out this recipe and have the sweetest time with your friends and family ✨✨

Ingredients:
✨4 cups milk
✨1/2 cup icing sugar
✨1/2 cup custard powder
✨ 1 cup whipping cream
✨Vanilla extract
✨ 30 digestive biscuits

Method:
In a saucepan add milk, icing sugar, custard powder and vanilla.
Cook on low heat, until the custard thickens and coats the back of your spoon.
Take the custard off heat and let it cool at room temperature. Once the custard has cooked, fold it into whipped cream.
In a shallow dish start assembling the biscuits and custard, layer by layer.
Dust coco powder on top and let it chill it the fridge for at least 4-5 hours before cutting into it
