Episode 2 of #NoOvenNoProblem ☀️, a series where I make your favourite desserts at home WITHOUT an oven 💁🏻‍♂️ Making bread at home has never been easier 🥰 This Suji Bread in the Cooker is the simplest way to get the softest and fluffiest bread at home without any hassle ❤️

Ingredients
🍞1+1/2 cup suji
🍞1 tsp instant yeast
🍞1 tbsp castor sugar
🍞1/4 tsp salt
🍞3 tbsp milk
🍞1/2 cup water
🍞2 tbsp oil
🍞3 tbsp mixed seeds, to top

Method
1. In a blender jar add 1+1/2 cup suji and finely grind it.
2. Add suji, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl and give it a good whisk.
3. Now add in water, milk, oil and mix using a wooden spoon to form a batter.
4. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. This will ensure that semolina has absorbed all the water.
5. After 10 minutes, transfer the dough onto a greased surface and knead it for around 15 minutes.
6. To check if the dough is ready to proof, take small piece of dough and gently stretch it between your fingers . If the dough can be stretched thin enough and light passes through it , it means the dough is ready and it has passed the windowpane test.
7. Once the dough is formed, transfer it in a large bowl greased with oil. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it proof for 1 hour in a dark warm place or until doubled in volume.
8. Knock down the dough after the first proofing.
9. Roll out the dough into a rough rectangle of 1/2 inch thickness. Then starting from one shorter end , roll in the dough for form a log. Make sure to pinch and lock after every turn.
10. Transfer this log In a greased 7X4 inch loaf pan. Let it proof for another 30 minutes or doubled in volume.
11. Meanwhile take a cooker set over medium heat and spread a layer of salt in it. Place a stand in middle and preheat for 10 minutes.
12. Once the dough has risen, brush some milk and sprinkle seeds on top.
13. Bake the bread in the preheated cooker for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
