RASMALAI MUG CAKE | EGGLESS RECIPE FOR DIWALI #shorts

Episode 3 of #FestiveDessertsWithShivesh , a series where I bring to you simple Diwali recipes with ingredients that are easily available in our kitchens.

Rasmalai Mug Cake has always been a priceless treat for me, especially during the festive seasons! I’ve alwaysss enjoyed prepping it, as it is super easy to make because it gets ready in two minutes and is perfect for last-minute cravings!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp milk
pinch of cardamom powder
3-4 saffron strands
1 drop of yellow food color
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup maida
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
microwave for 2 minutes
buttercream frosting for the top
chopped pistachios
garnish with a tiny piece of rasmalai
