Chocolate chip cake in just 7 minutes is a dream come true!! this eggless cake is so soft and very simple to make! I love it with a light chocolate glaze but it’s equally great with chocolate ganache!
Ingredients:
1 cup (285g) yogurt
½ teaspoon (3g) baking soda
¾ cup (150g) castor sugar
½ cup (120mL) vegetable 0il
1 teaspoon (5mL) Vanilla Extract
1 + ½ cups (180g) all-purpose flour (maida)
1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder
¾ cup dark chocolate chips
For glaze-
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 tbsp vegetable oil
(Melt the two ingredients together)
