The truffle hunt is over because I’m out here churning Sonam Kapoor’s favourite Hazelnut truffles 🤌🏼
To make hazelnut butter at home, blend the nuts in a blender. The longer you blend the runnier the nut butter consistency will be. For a smooth hazelnut butter, blend for about 10-12 minutes with breaks every 2 minutes.
Ingredients you’d need :
✨110 gm melted chocolate
✨90 gm hung curd
✨30 gm hazelnut butter
✨Coco powder to coat the truffles
