Ingredients
✨1/4 cup black coffee (1/4 cup water + 1 tbsp coffee powder )
✨1/2 cup milk
✨1 tbsp honey
✨1 banana
✨1/4 cup rolled oats
✨1/4 cup chia seeds
✨1/4 cup chocolate, melted

Method

1. Take warm water and coffee powder in a glass and mix well until the coffee is completely dissolved.
2. Once the coffee cools down, add it in a blender along with milk, honey, banana and oats.
3. Blend till everything comes together and no lumps remain.
4. Transfer this mixture into a shallow container and add the chia seeds. Give it a good mix and refrigerate until the chia seeds soak the liquid and the mixture becomes thick.
5. Transfer the chia seeds mixture into two ramekins and pour a thin layer of melted chocolate over it.
6. Let the chocolate set in the refrigerator for a few mins to get the perfect crack before digging in !
