- 3–4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce (your favorite brand)
- Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Sliced Red Onion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a baking sheet with grease or parchment paper.
- Cook chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until no longer pink inside. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread additional BBQ sauce over the dough, then top with the chicken mixture, shredded mozzarella cheese, and sliced red onions.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Allow cooling slightly before slicing.
