- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat; remove from heat after fully melted.
- Stir granulated and brown sugars into the melted butter until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and cocoa powder; fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
