Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chopped herbs until well mixed.
- Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and generously cover with the seasoning mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
