Instructions

- Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer. Cook pasta according to package instructions (about 8-10 minutes), stirring occasionally until al dente.
- Reduce heat to low, then add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually stir in both cheeses until fully melted and you have a creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
