- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the broccoli until tender (about 4-5 minutes).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until blended.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cheese into the egg mixture.
- Fold in the sautéed broccoli gently and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
